Lecture Bout EGGS??? WTF??? lol

My thoughts on last week lecture hmmm. I'm looking into my reflection right now on my laptop looking at the BLANK expression on my face. I have not a word to express the lecture last week, so therefore I'm moving forward with the question about rules.

I work at a warehouse that does processing on recalled items manufactured by other companies. I like the job don't get me wrong because it's an easy job, but the rules there suck. Entering the working area we aren't allowed cell phones but managers and some team leads can have access to them. We can't bring bottles unless with a unique cap on it. We can't have candy inside the work area. This rule has to be the dumbest of them all, we can only have one earphone in during the shift. I'm saying this rule is stupid because the supervisers talk about how loud we are, but if they would let us listen with both ear pieces in we wouldn't have any reason to talk so much.

Man N The Mirror (Stole My Soul)

I chose to do "Look at myself in the mirror". When we look into the mirror we see something totally different than what others see of us. Others may see a figure as confident, independent, and strong-willed while the figure see themselves as weak, dependent, and easily influenced. I don't KNOW WHAT OTHERS SEE WHEN THEY LOOK AT ME, but when I look at in the mirror I don't even recognized the person I have become. A lot of times I don't feel like I'm really myself I feel like I'm just seeing someone who LOOKS like me, TALKS like me, and WALKS like me. Once last year I was using the bathroom in the library at IUPUI and I had saw this light-skinned, green eyed boy in there, but it didn't hit me till after I got done using the bathroom that that boy was my reflection in the mirror.

I had a lot of fun shooting this video for my Seeing Sideways class. At first I didn't know what to do with an egg that my teacher gave me, but I thought to myself since I like making videos making a funny comical video shouldn't be hard. The funniest part about this story of me and my egg is that the ending to the video is actually based on a true story. It was a week ago and I wanted to make some brownies but realized that my household has no eggs in it other then the egg from class, so I had to end up using it.

FIRST DAY OF CLASS

I personally thought it was too long for the first day of class, but it was somewhat enjoyable. At times the classroom's discussions became HEAVY. What I mean by me saying heavy is that the discussions were at times deep and took a lot of thought. Topics like "What is Art?" was HEAVY. Art is something that differs from person to person, so nobody really would see or think of art in the same way.

I did like the break we had taken in class when all the people came running into the classrooms in their rolling chairs lol.

WHAT I THOUGHT BOUT SEEIN SIDEWAYZ

I honestly forgot that I had let Gloria talk me into signing up for this class back in the end of fall entering winter season. I had no idea or any clue of what to expect from this class based on everybody that I asked about this class would have different responses. Gloria herself couldn't even explain what the class was she just said it was cool, so I was like what the heck sign me up.
